We do not provide childcare or babysitting but are happy to help arrange it.

What can I borrow for free at the hotel?

To ensure that even the smallest guests feel right at home with us, we are happy to provide the following free of charge:

Is there a children's dinner in the evening?

A children's alternative is offered daily at dinner. Likewise, there is a separate children's menu in our a la carte restaurant.

Are children allowed in the sauna area?

We ask for silence in the sauna area, therefore children under 14 years are not allowed.

Since our hotel belongs to the Tauern Spa Friends, you are welcome to purchase tickets with -10% discount at the reception at any time.

Where can I go hiking with children? What are the best walks with children and strollers?

Around the Zeller See there is a path that is ideal for strollers. You can also borrow a stroller free of charge at the hotel. You can find more beautiful route here.

The Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See is ideal for children and families for hiking. On the Schmittenhöhe, the whole family discovers the Pinzgau step by step along many child-friendly hiking trails! More info here.

Where can I book ski lessons? Which ski school is recommended?

We recommend the Ski School Zell am See, please make your request directly here. There are group courses, as well as private courses for beginners, advanced and all age groups. Should you book the ski school, the closest ski school to the hotel is the CityXPress station.

Where is the nearest playground?

The nearest playground directly on the lake is only 1 minute walk away.

Can I take the stroller with me on the cable cars?

Yes, baby carriages are allowed in the cable cars.
