Double or triple bedded rooms "Classic"
Our 27 rooms of type CLASSIC (size 23 m²) can be used both as a double room and as a triple bedded room (pull out sofa bed).
The rooms are in the building of the Hotel Grüner Baum - in a small street that runs parallel to the pedestrian zone of Zell am See. All Classic rooms have a large 6 m² balcony.
Double or single room "Economy"
Our 16 rooms of type ECONOMY (size 15 m²) can be used as both a double and a single room.These rooms have been newly renovated in October 2011.
The rooms are located in the building of the Guesthouse Grüner Baum - right in the pedestrian zone of Zell am See.
Four bedded rooms "Family"
Our four bedded rooms of type FAMILY (size 36 m²) are ideal for families. The room has a double bed and a pullout double sofa-bed.

Family room "Comfort"
Our family room COMFORT (size about 44 m²) consists of two separate double bedrooms and a hall. A double bed can be found in both rooms. One of the rooms also has a double sofa bed, which has space for a total of six people.
