Since 1949 it has been part of our family, part of the Hotel Grüner Baum and represents an important base for regional enjoyment, high-quality products and the best local specialities. It is the passion for manual skills that creates something as particularly tasty.

It is the pursuit of uncompromising quality that is always paramount to the company Schultes. Alois and his team combine traditional recipes with exciting innovations and create a lot of new things. They try out recipes, develop new products and allow their creativity full bent. But never without forgetting the promise of quality that Schultes has given its customers.
