When the motto on August 31, 2025 is: Swim. Bike. Run. - Zell am See-Kaprun will once again become a hotspot for the international triathlon scene. The IRONMAN 70.3 Zell am See-Kaprun has long been one of the most popular races in Europe. No wonder: the combination of sporting challenge and spectacular natural scenery is unique in the world. The crystal-clear Lake Zell, the imposing peaks of the Hohe Tauern and the unique atmosphere along the entire course make this event something very special. For many athletes and spectators alike, this race is a real highlight of the season. For others, it is a lifelong dream that becomes reality here in Zell am See.

1st discipline: Swimming in Lake Zell

2nd discipline: Cycling
